Athletic outfit!

I just got back from camp! I had an awesome time and I happened to mention this blog so one of my cabin mates was kind enough to pose for an athletic outfit picture.

Hey guys! I wanted to share my outfit today! 

I'm wearing my corset cami from Arizona Jean Co, my grey studded skinny jeans from City Streets, (JCPenny for the win.) my black mid-sleeve blazer from Frenchi, (My aunt sent this to me, she got it from Macy's.) and my Croft & Barrow black suede booties. (I love these boots! I got them at Kohl's within the last few months. So comfy, but very nice!)

With this outfit, I was thinking Casual Classy. It's one of the styles that I choose a lot. I like to mix it up like this, with the casual and much nicer pieces together.

Warmth?

Greetings from a pile of blankets and a cup of warm tea.

Our furnace and water heater stopped working last night because our gas isn't coming into the house for some reason. Thus, last night and today are pajama days. The gas company doesn't take calls on sundays, so we can't even call in the problem until tomorrow.

I'm terribly sorry I haven't kept up posting, but school has been crazy this week. I might post something super duper fashionable in a few days, when we get our heat back and I can stand to be in something less than 2 pairs of pajama pants and 4 shirts. OOTD today would be very uninteresting and basically made of fleece.

Hey There!

I had an interesting day, where I had a meeting at school, and then I rushed to work. I had to wear something casual for the meeting, but nice enough for work, but also clothes that can get ink on them, because I work at a printmaking center. Crazy, right? 

So, here I am!

I'm wearing my fav grey skinnies (City Streets), a thin athletic-ish green hoodie with 3/4 sleeves rolled to half  (I don't remember where or when I got this one and the tag ripped off so I don't even know the brand...), and my tennis shoes. (Nike) {I got 3 blisters from a bad pair of flats and I can't wear my flip flops to work, so tennis shoes for the win!}

I'm really nice, sorta quiet until you get to know me, artsy, and... shhhhhhh... don't tell... BUT I'M A CLOSET FASHIONISTA!!

That's right, I have decided to show my fashionista side in this blog, because I've kept it hidden for so long. Now, you know you have those days when you just put on what's left over on the floor from last week, (or at least I do... is that bad?!?) but on those days when you want to look all put together...
